MY STORY

Hey there, my name is Hayley Doyle, Online Coach & Personal Trainer! I’ve been training busy females to achieve weight loss for the last 4 years to help them become the strongest version of themselves.

My passion for the world of fitness and nutrition has come off the back of my own fitness journey. I had spent the entirety of my life from my early teens to my early thirties overweight, unhappy and on a constant cycle of yo-yo dieting. I was constantly comparing myself to others and I just couldn't understand where I was getting it so wrong. After having three children I decided I really needed to put my health and wellbeing to the forefront to set a good example and I finally found the healthy eating habits and exercise that worked for me and which created a huge transformation for me both physically and mentally. The impact of this has been enormous for me and I knew I had to help other people who were stuck in the same rut I was so I qualified as a Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach so that I can do just that and I absolutely love it!

My mission as a coach is to listen, help and treat every client as an individual and get to the bottom of why they want to achieve their goals and to help them get there.
